Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of order placement. Your order will be delivered within 2-6 working days from the date of shipment.

Return/Exchange Policy

• We have a Free 7-day Return/Exchange Policy from the date of order delivery,
• We won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange after 7 days of order delivery.
• Return/Exchange request can be raised only once per order.
• All products returned will go through quality control check failing which the return/exchange request will be rejected.
• To be eligible for a refund the returned product must be in unused and original condition as you received it and the packaging should be intact.
• A refund shall not be processed if the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging.
• The processing of refunds will occur within 7-10 days after the order is picked up from your end.
• No Refunds and Exchanges on certain products. Please check individual product pages for more details on each product.
• We request you to coordinate with the third-party website for any return or exchange request of the products purchased from them.
• In case of a missing/wrong/damaged product, we request you to get in touch with our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery.
• Any product purchased through offline mode is not eligible for return/exchange.
